Free Shipping Over $99.00
Smith Diesel’s free UPS Ground shipping is available on online purchases totaling $99.00 or greater before taxes or shipping charges. This free shipping offer is good only to U.S addresses within the 48 contiguous states, which excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Free shipping is typically UPS Ground, but we reserve the right to use any shipping company.
When will my product be shipped out?
Most products ordered will ship within 1 business day, some exceptions may include back ordered and/or direct ship items.
How long will it take to receive my product?
If the product is in stock most orders are received within 1-6 business days depending on your location. Non-stock, special order and out of stock items may take 1-2 weeks to be received. If you would like to check inventory or estimated ship date please contact us.
Items Not Available for Free Shipping
Some large or oversized items are not eligible for free shipping. For example truck freight items or items over 100lbs will not qualify. ie: Transferflow or Titan fuel tanks, transmissions, engines, transfer cases, cylinder heads.
Free Next Day Shipping
Smith Diesel’s FREE Next Day shipping is available on specially marked products listed on smithdieselparts.com. Smith Diesel may ship an item via UPS Ground or similar if the garunteed delivery date is still the next day. This free Next Day offer is good only to U.S addresses within the continental 48 U.S. states, which excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Free Next Day Shipping for Canadian Customers – The Free Next Day Shipping promotion is NOT available to Canadian customers. SDP will ship any product marked “FREE NEXT DAY SHIPPING” UPS Standard Ground free of charge.
APO/FPO Shipping (Military Address)
Smith Diesel Performance CANNOT ship product directly to APO or FPO addresses because SDP utilizes UPS. (which does not ship to APO/FPO addresses) As an option, you may want to consider shipping to a stateside street address and then sending the package to the APO/FPO address overseas via the US Postal Service.
