The exhaust manifolds were co-designed by Honeywell/Garrett and PPE using a CAD design that utilized computational fluid dynamics to analyze and maximize flow characteristics.

Sure, the PPE High Flow Exhaust Manifolds and Up-Pipe system is the perfect solution for those with upgraded turbo systems and nitrous-equipped trucks that are plagued with constantly high EGTs, but this system isn’t just for those with out of sight performance mods; at PPE, we strived for the Race High Flow Exhaust Manifolds and Up-Pipes system to work with engines that are stock, modified or highly modified to give them the utmost in exhaust flow characteristics.

Horsepower comes from an engine that flows well. Intake and exhaust systems have to work in harmony, and with PPE no matter what the current or future performance upgrades drivers have in mind for their diesel-powered trucks, the PPE High Flow Exhaust Manifolds and Up-Pipes system will handle all of their exhaust needs.

•  Built-in bosses that are drilled and tapped for 1/8-inch NPT make installing an EGT gauge sensor easy
•  Up-Pipes Made from 11-gauge .120-inch wall Stainless Steel
•  Up-Pipe bellows are rated aircraft grade
•  Stainless Steel inner liner for ultra-quick exhaust flow
