Don’t let a ruptured intercooler pipe leave you stranded! Smith Diesel’s 6.7L intercooler pipe upgrade kit replaces your weak factory intercooler pipe with a mandrel-bent, bead rolled, stainless steel version for extreme reliability.

The factory installed intercooler pipe is known to fail on even stock trucks! Once you add a tuner, exhaust, intake, or other aftermarket upgrades, your OE plastic intercooler pipe is surely on borrowed time. The factory component wont just fail gracefully in the driveway, it’ll blow apart while you’re hauling a load up a steep grade, or making a pass down the track. In either case, you will be stuck on the side of the road, or in the dust of the competition.

This Intercooler Pipe Upgrade provides you with quality components built to handle your modified 6.7L Powerstroke engine. The specially machined throttle body adapter completely replaces the OE throttle body eliminating the factory “quick connect” style connection, converting it to the tried and true silicone hose and t-bolt design.
